Girl Scout Troop 1038 Hampton
Membership
Troop 1038 is a multi level troop from Daisies to Seniors. We regularly meet bi-weekly in the Foxhill area and participate in numerous other activities. We currently have over 50 active scouts and are closed to new membership. Please see the service unit and council links on the contacts page to find an open troop in the area.
Current Members
Current members are expected to be in regular attendance for bi-weekly meetings, be up to date on dues and forms, and participate in all volunteer projects and fundraising events. We conduct quarterly leader meetings to discuss troop business that all parents are welcome to attend.
Leadership
Troop 1038 believes that every girl deserves an exceptional experience through Girl Scouts. For that to be possible every girl deserves a well trained leader. Our leadership team has over 40 years of experience in the Girl Scout Program and continues to add to that experience and training.
What to Expect
We want our girls to have the confidence to take risks. To go out into the world and find what truely inspires her. At Troop 1038 we strive to give each girl a diversified experience in many different areas. From badge work and journeys, to camping and woodshop, each girl will have numerous opportunities to earn her summit, bronze, silver, and gold award.
